At Finders Keepers Club, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure all pieces are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
